* FIR should be lodged at the earliest

* Cops should seize clothes and also insist on medical reports

* New law against acid attacks like in UK, Bangladesh and Uganda

* Victim should get finance for physical and mental treatment from govt

* Cops should be trained in handling sensitive cases against women

* Censor Board should prohibit vulgar content in films and TV

* Movies and songs portraying women in bad taste should be banned

* Immediate appointments on vacant posts of State Women's Commission
